BE /MCA degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.  Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/MySQL) and exposure to application design .Good people, communication and presentation skills .Travel required .Open to work in other areas apart from primary technology skills.

Responsibilities:

Participate in development/Design.
Lead junior developers in projects.
Improve/Optimize development process.
Set Technology directions.
Work as the primary client interface.

Sr.  Project coordinator  (Full/Part-time)

This is a management level position.  Experienced in Project management; software development center management or similar tasks. Presently a part time position (15/20 hours) per week.

Responsibilities:
Manage and co-ordinate multiple projects.
Resource allocation, planning and administration.
Maintain client relationship and do client co-ordination.
Report to the directors.

Sr. Sales Executive (Full/ Part-time)
MBA or equivalent with 3-5 years experience. Proven track record in NE India. Open to extensive travel. Ability to work with limited resource availability. Excellent written/communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead role in business development roadmap and planning.
Target oriented business development /marketing.
Translate business requirements to Technical team.
Client relations.

Junior Java/C++/ .Net Developer
BE /MCA degree with 0-2  years of relevant experience.  Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/MySQL) and exposure to application design .Good people, communication and presentation skills .Travel required .Open to work in other areas apart from primary technology skills.

   MCA   Trainee  Program

We undertake MCA Trainees from reputed institutions for their Project Work .The selection of trainees are strictly on merit. Students must forward their names and interest in a one paragraph summary through their respective departments with marks in the past semesters. Bohniman will arrange interviews with the short listed students and offer them Project work.
